SCM Pharma has its own unique ethos, which helps the business achieve and retain its vibrant personality. Intrinsic to the culture is also the company’s aim to provide clients with the best technical expertise available in an open and approachable manner with a willingness to meet deadlines and targets.
It's a funny thing culture and a tricky one to explain in writing. Put simply, it's just the way we do things around here. Fun internal competitions, a staff newsletter, monthly company briefings, an annual team day out, family open days, birthday celebrations, charity fundraising and the odd party or two all go a long way in giving our business its fun and friendly atmosphere.
Oh, and the little guy on the right - he is our SCM Pharma staff mascot...Jaffa the Gaffa. As part on an ongoing picture competition among staff, the lucky fella gets to travel around the world and rumour has it that he has met a few celebrities too!
